Self Defense Class with West Chester PD!

This program focuses on teaching practical skills for safety. Young women who are high school juniors or seniors.

Sessions include guided discussion on topics relevant to students heading off to college soon, with some of the time spent in rigorous self-defense training.

Wear comfortable clothes!
