Quilted Midi Tote Bag

As an Enrichment Day experience, students will have the opportunity to explore the creative and practical skill of sewing through a fun, hands-on project. Students will select from a variety of available fabrics and create their own small quilted midi tote bag while learning basic sewing machine skills and construction techniques. The experience will encourage creativity, self-expression, and problem-solving while allowing students to try something new, work at their own pace, and take home a functional item they made themselves. The goal is to provide students with an engaging opportunity to discover a new skill, build confidence, and experience the satisfaction of creating something from start to finish. No sewing experience needed.
