During this interactive event, AVI team members will introduce students to exciting career opportunities across the foodservice and hospitality industry, including Culinary, Marketing, and Human Resources.
The Culinary team will take center stage with a live demonstration, showcasing how innovative recipes and menu concepts are created, from idea to plate. Students will get an up-close look at the skills, techniques, and creativity that power a professional kitchen.
Students will also hear from AVI’s Marketing and Human Resources professionals, who will share how their teams drive success behind the scenes. Marketing will highlight how branding, communication, promotions, and engagement bring dining programs to life, while HR will explore how people, training, and career development fuel growth within the organization.
This immersive experience is designed to show how multiple departments work together to deliver a dynamic dining program, and to shine a spotlight on the real-world career pathways available at AVI and throughout the hospitality industry.
