Looking to build confidence in your mind and body posture? Participate in an introduction to Martial Arts, conducted by Black Belt Instructors from the Cincinnati Martial Arts Club. You will experience a physical, mental and spirtiual journey as you learn traditions that have been a part of the combat systems of Europe since 1550. This class will provide a starting point for the requirements necessary to enter the belt system as students build their self-confidence through the ability to protect themselves in a time of need. This expereince will run for 6 weeks (10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 12/2 & 12/9)
