Feeling stressed? Overwhelmed? Anxious? Come try yoga to relieve any tension in your life. In this class, you'll practice the basics of yoga and mindfulness. All you need is a water bottle and workout clothes. We'll provide the rest! NOTE: Bring your water bottle, workout clothes (no shoes on the yoga mat)
