Description
There is more to yoga than downward dogs and contorting your body into a pretzel! Come learn about some of the principles of yoga that includes overall well being through exercise, stretching, posture, breathing, relaxation and meditation! Session will include a one hour basic practice. No yoga experience necessary!
**Bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to stretch. There will be yoga mats available to borrow.
